Sophie founded Element Property Network to redefine what exceptional property management looks like for Geelong investors and for renters. Sophie’s career spans over 15 years across in property management, investor support, and the Geelong rental market - built on years of hands-on investing experience and a genuine drive to make a difference for her clients.
Her expertise spans residential, rooming house, and short-term rental properties across Geelong and surrounding suburbs, giving her an intimate understanding of the local market and what it takes to maximise returns for the long term. Sophie’s unique approach goes beyond day-to-day management, offering investor pre-purchase support that help clients protect and grow their portfolios with confidence.
Sophie is also deeply passionate about investor education, regularly hosting events and creating resources to help property owners stay informed, compliant, and ahead of the curve.
