About me
With close to a decade in the property industry and a lifetime of living and breathing it, Courtney brings a deeply personal and passionate approach to Element Property Network. Growing up as the daughter of a builder, property has always been in her DNA - and most recently, she put that knowledge to the ultimate test by completing her own owner build, which she now proudly calls home.
Courtney has joined us as a Property Manager, combining her genuine love for property with a solid foundation in tenancy management, lease negotiation, and client relations. Her experience spans both residential property management and short-term rentals, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what investors and renters truly need from their property manager.
What sets Courtney apart is her natural ability to make everyone feel at ease. Her warm, approachable personality and friendly manner mean clients always feel heard, supported, and in safe hands. Add to that a sharp eye for interior design and a creative streak, and she brings a perspective that goes well beyond the day-to-day - understanding property not just as an investment, but as a space people call home.
When Courtney is not at work, she is enjoying life in Armstrong Creek with her husband, two kids, and their dog
