With a genuine passion for property and a talent for making people feel at ease, Kate brings warmth, reliability, and real-world experience to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Element Property Network.
Kate's journey in real estate has given her hands-on expertise across all areas of property management, including routine and ingoing/outgoing inspections, leasing support, maintenance coordination, and portfolio administration. These roles gave Kate a ground-level understanding of the everyday demands of property management and, just as importantly, what it takes to deliver a consistently great experience to both owners and renters.
Kate's background extends well beyond real estate. Before entering the industry in 2023, she spent years in client-facing roles in the healthcare sector, where she developed an exceptional phone manner, sharp attention to detail, and a calm, organised approach to managing everyones needs. That foundation of care and professionalism carries directly into her property management work today.
What truly sets Kate apart is her genuine commitment to the people she works with. She understands that property management is a people business first and foremost, and she approaches every interaction - whether with an investor, a renter, or a tradesperson, with the same reliability and positive attitude. When Kate is not at work, you'll find her spending quality family time with her daughter and their young pup!
