With a diverse background spanning property management, short-term accommodation and customer service leadership, Courtney brings over a decade of real estate and client experience to her role. She's worked across residential property management, holiday rentals, and home building - giving her a unique, well-rounded perspective on what stellar support does for the success of the team and our clients.
As our Operations & Support Coordinator, Courtney manages the details that matter: compliance tracking, maintenance coordination, leasing administration, and ensuring the upmost support so every client touchpoint meets the Element standard. She's the first voice you'll often hear when you call, and her bubbly personality instantly puts people at ease in every interaction.
What makes Courtney special is her ability to handle complex operational tasks while staying completely present and approachable. She's as meticulous as she is friendly, that combination of excellence and genuine warmth means nothing falls through the cracks, and you're always feel looked after.
When she's not keeping Element running like clockwork, Courtney loves interior design, designing and building her own properties, travelling, and spending quality time with her husband, two kids, their dog, and good friends.
